Sogade beru plant or Sugandhi beru plant is a herbal plant. This plant is a vine that also creeps along the ground and climbs the tree or any other plant nearby. Sogade beru has many other names like nannari beru, namada beru, samva. Anantha mula, Gopasutha are the Sanskrit names of Sogade beru. The roots of the Sogade plant grow down deep inside the earth and it is very long and hence the name is Anantha mula.
The leaves of Sugandhi plant are tapered and long and there are white lines are prominently visible on the leaves and is called namada beru.
Sogade beru plant is called Ananthmul , kapuri in Hindi, as the toor of this plant smell like camphor.
